We're on the MOVE to end Alzheimer's

What if there was no Alzheimer's disease?
What if progression of the disease could be stopped so people could live longer, more independent lives?
You can help make this a reality by joining our 4th Annual Mind Over Matter third party bike event at Metro Beach on August 1, 2009 or the 18th annual Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk® at the Detroit Zoo on August 22, 2009.
When you support the Alzheimer's Association, you are raising funds for research to develop better Alzheimer treatments and for programs to help those affected by this still fatal disease. More than 5.1 million people over age 65 are living with Alzheimer’s. Unchecked, up to 16 million could have the disease by 2050 and a growing number of people in their 30s, 40s and 50s will be diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s.
Please join us to raise money and awareness about the urgent need to end Alzheimer’s.
